This audio is designed for child or pre-teen looking to improve cheerleading performance. Teens should utilize the adult program. Through specific imagery the tools & techniques of the winning the mind game are applied to all aspects of this creative activity. These include focus, concentration, emotional & thought management, as well as programming the subconscious mind for high level performance in this particular activity. The listener learns how to interpret the body physiology on very low levels, allowing for the diminishing of stress & the increase of focus/flow/flexibility of thought & body programming.
Attention is given to imagery designed to enhance foot & body placement, timing, body movement, motivation, & endurance. Includes suggestions for high level nutrition. Original imagery allows the listener to "perform inside great dance performers" thereby programming the mind for change on very high levels. This audio is interactive, allowing the listener to program for his/her special needs.
